Where we deliver

We deliver within India only. We do not ship to addresses outside India at present.

When your order is dispatched

• Items that are in stock are packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days.
• If an item is out of stock, it is dispatched within 10 working days of the order being placed.
• Working days do not include Sundays and public holidays.

When deliveries are made

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 7pm. There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. How long the parcel takes after dispatch depends on your location and the courier.

Delays

Delivery times can be affected by things outside our control, such as bad weather, strikes and unexpected travel delays. If your order is held up, we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in India. There is no minimum order value and no delivery charge is added at checkout.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is available. The payment options for your order are shown at checkout.

Your delivery address

We need your complete postal address, including the PIN code, along with your email address and contact number. Please check your PIN code and phone number before you place the order, as an incorrect or incomplete address can delay or prevent delivery.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we email you the tracking details. You can also check the status of an order on the Track Order page, using your order ID and the email address you used at checkout.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing, please see our Refund and Returns Policy and write to us within 2 days of delivery.
